On 27 September 2025, on the occasion of the opening of the 21° Festival della Castagna, the book "castegna" (LandLiebe-Edition) will be published, containing some fifty recipes by Riccardo Cicognani, manager of the Hotel Palazzo Salis.
We prepare some dishes following recipes from the book Castegna with chef and author Riccardo Cicognani, who gives valuable tips and reveals some of his secrets. At the sound of the midday bells, we will enjoy lunch together.

Time 10.00 am to approximately 11.30 am in the kitchen, followed by lunch.
