5 days of art & culture in spring
With ARTipasto, the Bregaglia valley traditionally starts the spring season on the Easter weekend and gives a first foretaste of the Bregaglia summer of cultural events and exhibitions. Over 500 visitors took part in the 8th event from March 28th, 2024 to April 1st, 2024 despite the wintry weather. The ARTipasto 2024 opened with a preview of the June symposium “500 Years of the Free State of the Three Leagues”. This was followed by 4 Easter days with: openings, film screening "I Giacometti" by Susanna Fanzun, painting workshop and brunch with music. The livestock show with live preparation of goat's cream cheese "Mascarpel" was unfortunately canceled due to the weather. As a special highlight of the 8th ARTipasto, the new Sentiero Giacometti themed trail was inaugurated on March 31, 2024 with a visit to historic houses and a performance inspired by the book “Engadine Fairy Tales”.
The 9th ARTipasto will take place from April 17th. – April 21, 2025. The program with the registration form will be published here in mid-February 2025.
