There are more than 500 fitness trails in Switzerland. These paths are especially designated for practicing outdoor sports.

Fifteen stations are set up along these paths. Each station has a panel illustrating exercises that are designed to improve one's physical condition, mobility, and strength. The fitness trail in Maloja winds its way through the forest and glades. The fitness trail is suitable for all ages.

The trail is approximately 2.5 km and relatively flat. In Maloja, the fitness trail starts near Silser Lake, right on the road leading into the campground.
