Visit the historic Scartazzini mill, bakery, and pasta factory. Even today, various types of flour are milled, bread is baked, and pasta is dried here.
Specialties include “Tortiglioni del Mera” (a type of pasta named after the local Mera river), Pizzoccheri Bregagliotti (a traditional buckwheat pasta dish from the Bregaglia Valley), and chestnut tagliatelle. The tour of the mill is followed by a tasting of chestnut bread.
