The hotel team offers a convivial event with a refined gourmet menu around the chestnut. The guest of the evening will be Marcello Negrini, retired forester.

Wir werden getrocknete Kastanien, Kastanienmehl, frische Kastanien und viele andere saisonale Zutaten verwenden. Die Kastanie wird im Mittelpunkt des Abends stehen.
