Location: Hotel Palazzo Salis, Soglio
The dialogue explores the question: Can everyone engage in artistic activity? This topic is examined through the lens of the structuralist theory of art, first developed by communication analyst and art philosopher Felix Stoffel in the early 1980s.
The social impact of art is analysed in collaboration with experts and the public. Central to the discussion is Stoffel's structuristic theory of art, established in 1982, which is grounded in philosophical, pedagogical, and psychological principles. Stylistically, Structurism represents a synthesis of Impressionism and Expressionism.

In 1997, the first structuristic art school was established in Chur, with the mission of making art accessible to a broad cross-section of society. This goal was achieved through a sophisticated yet easy-to-learn technique. Over two decades, the school has grown significantly, with 600 students across more than 20 countries and 2,600 registered works of art.
The structuristic theory of art was initially contextualised within the framework of "social sculpture," a concept introduced by socially and politically active artist Joseph Beuys (1921–1986). This term embodies the idea that everyone has the potential to engage creatively for the betterment of society. Practical and sustainable field research has validated the transformative impact of this approach.
