An evening dedicated to the mazziglia, the custom of slaughtering pigs.

Küchenchef Aldo Petti, der viele Jahre das Restaurant Corona in Vicosoprano leitete, ist zu Gast im KulturGasthaus Pontisella. An diesem Abend wird er die Gäste mit Schweinespezialitäten in Kombination mit Kastanien verwöhnen.
