Location: Salone Centro Giacometti, Stampa
Ute and Anja Hoffmann present a captivating theatre performance about the last muse of the artist Alberto Giacometti, Caroline, and their unusual love. At the same time, the play offers a fascinating portrait of the artist of the century.
The only things that were left to Caroline after Giacometti's death are the chairs on which the artist and model sat opposite each other: a worn stool and a wicker chair. Now she is supposed to hand them over, but she defends herself and the chairs with passion and stubborn tenacity. The play, in German, reflects the story of an incomparable love and is an exciting portrait of this artist of the century.
