In the Maloja and Engadin area there are, miles and miles of cross-country ski trails that wind through wooded valleys and romantic snow-covered pastures.
Varied landscapes, nicely groomed tracks and unsurpassed snow conditions make this region a true paradise for anyone who loves nordic skiing. Those who wish to take it easy will enjoy the direct trail on the three Engadiner lakes. Experts and ambitious cross-country skiers will follow the marathon route down to Zuoz. This is the longest Engadiner trail and the most famous 42 kilometers in Switzerland. Picturesque lakes and forests accompany you along the way. In St. Moritz, the are also well-lit tracks for nordic night skiing. Fifteen trail groomers attend to the tracks daily.

Engadin cross-country skiing weather information
- Swiss Cross Country Ski Pass: Each morning or late evening, 15 track grooming machine operators tirelessly groom the cross country ski tracks. We ask that locals and guests support this effort by paying for their passes. By paying for the pass, you will help to pay for the maintenance of the nordic ski tracks and support the sport at a local and national level. CHF 140.00
