The Pungell cheese dairy, situated on a hillside overlooking Vicosoprano, is where the Pedroni family produces a variety of cheeses, including the unique “Castagnolin,” made with chestnuts.
Join us for a tour of the cheese dairy, followed by a generous apéritif featuring farm produce (dried meat, salami, cured ham, cheese) and chestnut bread.
