They still exist, the artisans who produce regional products in several processing stages. These include the Scartazzini Mill, where various flours are milled, where bread is baked and pasta is dried.

Zu den Spezialitäten gehören die Tortiglioni del Mera, die Pizzoccheri bregagliotti oder die Kastanientagliatelle. Im Anschluss an die Besichtigung der Mühle gibt es eine Verkostung des Kastanienbrotes.
