Chef Aldo Petti and Pop-Up-Pöstli host and publicist Stefan Keller are jointly organizing a culinary evening dedicated to game and Bregaglia chestnuts.
Aldo Petti, who ran the Hotel Corona in Vicosoprano for many years, creates a menu for this special occasion.
Stefan Keller will curate the wines and distillates to accompany the food, some of which come from his own production in Valtellina. He also crafts the chestnut brandies with schnaps.ch.
Expect a surprising four-course evening at the traditional Ristorante Garni Post in Castasegna.
